“In den Haberln” is the name of the vineyard in which our Reserve grows, a very beautiful site on the Eichkogel between Gumpoldskirchen and Mödling, which meets the high demands on soil and terroir. Our great-grandmother Maria Buchgraber recognized the potential of this variety and the soil, she planted the vines right there as early as 1950. Due to the perfect soil conditions, the Thermenregion has received the nickname “The Burgundy secret of Austria”.

For our Weißburgunder Reserve only optimally ripened grapes with a higher degree of ripeness are processed. In the cellar, the fine wine matures in regional oak barrels, which have a very positive influence thanks to their fine pores. It ferments in small wood and then matures patiently on the fine lees for 9 months. In comparison, the Weißburgunder Klassik matures in a stainless steel, which makes the wine a lighter, fresher and fruity.
