Weißburgunder Auslese 2023, sweet

This selection is a special gift from nature. Only perfectly ripened berries that have already been dried to raisins on the vine are used which have a low juice yield due to the high sugar concentration. Not all vintages can produce these specialties and such high levels of sugar, therefore we appreciate this wine even more.

Particularly impressive with our Pinot Blanc selection is the light golden yellow, the fine scent of stone fruit, as well as the fresh and elegant acidity, which makes this wine a particularly noble and storable sweet wine speciality.

This selection is a good example of the variety of possibilities to expand Pinot Blanc grapes. We produce three completely different wine types out of the grapes: Pinot Blanc Classic, Reserve and Auslese.
