The young wine blend “Springinkerl” is particularly fruity and is best to drink young. Our Springinkerl should give the first impression of the new wine year and is therefore not available all year long. As the name suggests, young wine is most enjoyable to drink in it is youth.

Just like the Gemischter Satz, the young wine has been given a special label. Our young generation – our three daughters – were allowed to contribute creatively to this etiquette. The many active figures are supposed to represent the tangy, fruity nature of the wine.
