Chardonnay is the world’s most famous grape variety, we cultivate our Chardonnay on a particularly sunny location with gravelly soil. Thanks to this, the grapes reach their ideal ripeness with beautiful regularity. In the classic aging process, this wine combines minerality with elegant fruitiness.

Our Chardonnay is characterized by its rather subtle aroma of ripe peaches and gooseberries and its appealing taste. The complexity is primarily due to the harmonious interplay of acidity and fruit, which characterizes the typical Chardonnay.

Recommended as:

starters such as poultry patties, with meat of lamb, veal and pork, but also with light dishes such as fish or seafood. This Chardonnay is also an ideal addition to international dishes (rice, pasta, vegetables).
